Details:

These croutons are so easy to make and taste better than most store bought options! We chose a sourdough loaf specifically because of the flavor impact you'll get from the sourdough. However, there's also the added health benefits due to the fermentation process involved in making sourdough which makes it easier to digest. Speaking of health benefits, it's also really nice to have a short ingredient list in your croutons as opposed to the lengthly list of processed ingredients found in the store.

These croutons are salty for a reason. If you eat them alone, they might seem a bit salty but not in a bad way! When you throw them into a salad, they not only help to season the dish, but they also stand out against the other ingredients. The salt will really cut through your heavy soup or salad dressing making you crave the next bite!

Enjoy!
