Oven Roasted Meatballs

2 tbsp Richmond Table Italian Herb Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Shape ingredients into meatballs. These should be about 1 3/4 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet leaving a little space in between each meatball.
  5. Place in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until 160 degrees.
  6. Pull meatballs out of oven and serve with whatever sauce or dish you would like! Popular options would be marinara, chili sauce, sweet and sour, or barbecue.

Details:

These meatballs are meant to be a simple but tasty dish that is highly customizable to fit your needs. Since the idea was to keep the ingredients and prep as simple as possible, we wanted to leave you with flexibility of how to finish your dish.

For example, you can use this when you buy your favorite marinara sauce and are trying to figure out how to use it with pasta. This would also work if you’re throwing a party and need some snacks to have on table. Grab a jar of sweet chili sauce or sweet and sour and these become the perfect little appetizer. Throwing a super bowl party? I don’t feel like an American football spread is complete without meatballs in barbecue sauce.
